  Source: Jamey Deeter: By the 1910 Census, Elliott Alexander "Zander" Jarrell & Mary Foster Porter separated. Elliott is found back living with his mother Rhoda (Belcher) Jarrell and her father John Belcher. He is listed as "divorced", however Mary is now living with the children with her sister Annie Williams listed as "married". Elliott & Mary didn't actually get a divorce as Mary died in 1910. Elliott married Bertha McCormick in 1911. Elliott & Bertha had 3 children as well (1) Lawrence (2) Raymond (3) Freda as well as Bertha's other 3 children from a previous marriage are listed in the 1920 Census. Elliott married 2 more times before his death.
