Thank you to Don Coatney for posting this photo at the P15-D24 Forum at http://www430.pair.com/p15d24/mopar_forum/showthread.php?p=221122 and thank you to bamsfordsgarage for identification of the car: “The car is a Model T "Speedster," probably based on a late 'teens to early '20s chassis. …it has an aftermarket body, fenders and wheel covers. The "tells" which identify this as a T are the transverse front suspension, shape of the radiator core (the rounded area at the top of the shell is empty), distinctive reversed dish steering wheel and general proportions of the wheels, wheelbase, height, etc.)."       OBITUARY :
      RUSSELL WILBUR (WAGGIE) LEEPER, 67, of 214 W. King St., Chambersburg, died Monday night in the Chambersburg Hospital of a heart attack.

      He was a retired employee of the Chambersburg Public Opinion.

      Born near Fayetteville, he was a son of Samuel and Emma (Wolford) Leeper.

      He attended the Lutheran Church and was a veteran of World War I. He held membership in the Charles McCleary Chapter of Disabled American Veterans, American Legion, Eagles Club of Waynesboro and Franklin Fire Company.

      Surviving are his widow, Rosalie (Lader) Leeper, and a son, George Leeper, Fayetteville R. D. 1, and one granddaughter.

      Also surviving are three brothers, Charles E. Leeper and Ernest S. Leeper, both of Fayetteville R. D. 1; John E. Leeper, Blandon, and a sister, Mrs. Paul Doyle, Chambersburg.

      Services will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Sellers Funeral Home, Chambersburg, with the Rev. Paul B. Lucas officiating and burial in Norland Cemetery.

      Friends may call Wednesday 7-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
