      Edmund Haggard, H117, son of James and Elizabeth (Gentry) Haggard, was born 1725, Overwharton Parish, Stafford County, VA, died 1 April 1811, Madison County, KY, married ca. 1747, Albemarle County, VA, Lady Rice, daughter of William Rice. (They had 38 grandchildren and 149 great grandchildren):

      1. William B. Haggard, H1171, born 7 August 1753, Albemarle County, VA.
      2. David Haggard, a minister, was born 1755, Albemarle County, VA, died 1850, Burkesville, Cumberland, KY.
      3. James Haggard, was born 1757, Albemarle County, VA, died 1852, Burkesville, Cumberland, KY.
      4. Benjamin Haggard, H1174, (1759 1838).
