Query: I am looking for descendants of John Franklin Fisher (b 1 Oct 1859, d 9 Jan 1948, m 14 Aug 1884 to Jennie Jones) and George Taylor Fisher (b 29 Jun 1862 Hillsdale, KS, d 28 May 1956, m Mary H. Sellers. Their father was George Henry Fisher. I have earlier Fisher information to share.
George Henry Fisher (b 1823 WV, d 1863 Miami Co., KS, buried at Hillsdale, Miami Co., KS) He was married three times. First to Louisa Bogas/Boggess? Children by first marriage: Edwin, Alpheus "Deck", Langbarn "Lang" Lovica, and Evira all born Kanawha Co., WV.
His second marriage was to Mary Ann Shiverdecker (b and d Kanawha Co. WV) in 1852 at Putnam Co. W(VA).Son, Charles Lee (1853-1938) was raised by a Aunt and Uncle. Son Alpheus (b-March 14, 1845, d-Dec. 21, 1916, buried Hillsdale, KS) married Lizzie Jane Montgomery 1871 in Morsetown, MO.

The following abstract of the Last Will and Testament of Anna Gaust/Garett Shiverdecker (1767-1845) came from the book Preble Co., OH, Probate Abstracts Estates & Guardianships, Vol. IV by Anna Gilbert. This book was found in the main branch of the Akron-Summit County Public Library, Akron, Ohio. Note that two children of Michael Shiverdecker, Sr. (1762-1833) and Anna Gaust/Garett Shiverdecker (1767-1845) are not mentioned in this abstract, these children being Rachel Shiverdecker (b. 1806) and Michael Shiverdecker, Jr. (1804-1854).
"#1876 - Anna Shiverdecker - David Young, adm. Surity: Alexander, Perry and Thomas Hapner. Filed 14 Aug 1854. Appraisers: Thomas Hapner, William and John F. Davis. Thomas H. Cusick of Montgomery Co. adm. by 9 March 1838. Anna widow of Michael Shiverdecker died in 1845, leaving childrehn (sic) David Shiverdecker, Elizabeth Hapner, Lucas Shiverdecker, Polly Persinger, Frances Shiverdecker and Catharine Young. Since then David and Frances Shiverdecker and Catharine Young have also died. Thomas Purcell in right of his wife Frances Purcell daughter and heir of David Shiverdecker says on 4 Oct 1849, Thomas Cusick was appointed adm. of David. Cusick sold real estate of David's but failed to make distribution, Cusick has sold his farm in Montgomery Co. and intends to move to IL.
Catharine died sometime in Feb 1854. Elizabeth Hapner, Lucas Shiverdecker and Polly Presinger are the only surviving children. Michael died 3 March 1833, Anna died 24 Aug 1845."
