Haggard June 8, 1913 - August 5, 2011 Obituary Elizabeth Haggard, 98, passed away August 5, 2011 in Castle Rock, Colorado. She was born June 8, 1913 in Des Moines, Iowa to Jesse E. and Alberta T. (Jacopetti) Haggard, who preceded her in death. Elizabeth enjoyed a long and fullfilling career as a Civil Servant with the Department of the Army. She retired after 30 years of service. Her career took her to many parts of the world. She enjoyed traveling and seeing many cultures. Survivors include Elizabeth's niece, (SURVIVOR OMITTED); numerous great nieces and great nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2011 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Newcomer Family Funeral Home.
