Hr mother died when Ginny was young and she was raised by her sister, Helen Mae Goodyear Squires at 2557 North Sixth Street. She graduated from William Penn High School and started a life-long career as a secretary and office manager. She has a life-long interest in education and was a Pennsylvania Statewide officer in the Parent-Teacher Association. She was a member of the American Business Women's Association and Harrisburg Civic Club in her later years. She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church, 550 Wiconisco St, Harrisburg, where she was a choir member for decades, and then Market Square Presbyterian Church of Harrisburg. She lived at 2652 North Sixth Street when she died at the Polyclinic Medical Center, just six months after her husband, George Raymond Robinson. Virginia was the last of her siblings to pass away.
