King St., Chambersburg, died Monday night in the Chambersburg Hospital of a heart attack. He was a retired employee of the Chambersburg Public Opinion. Born near Fayetteville, he was a son of Samuel and Emma (Wolford) Leeper. He attended the Lutheran Church and was a veteran of World War I. He held membership in the Charles McCleary Chapter of Disabled American Veterans, American Legion, Eagles Club of Waynesboro and Franklin Fire Company. Surviving are his widow, Rosalie (Lader) Leeper, and a son, George Leeper, Fayetteville R. D. 1, and one granddaughter. Also surviving are three brothers, Charles E. Leeper and Ernest S. Leeper, both of Fayetteville R. D. 1; John E. Leeper, Blandon, and a sister, Mrs. Paul Doyle, Chambersburg. Services will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Sellers Funeral Home, Chambersburg, with the Rev. Paul B. Lucas officiating and burial in Norland Cemetery.
