Born Dec. 28, 1956, at Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of (SURVIVOR OMITTED) and Clara E. (Wrana) McCroskey. She grew up in Fort Wayne, graduated from South Side High School in 1974, served three years in the Army, and graduated from I.P.F.W., Fort Wayne with a BS degree and at the time of her death had only a few credit hours left for a MLS degree. She served as the editor of Frost Illustrated Newspaper for a time and also at one time worked for the Allen County Public Library. (SURVIVOR OMITTED) She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oxford, Pa. In addition to her husband, she is survived by (SURVIVORS OMITTED) She was preceded in death by her mother, Clara E. McCroskey; and her stepmother, Louise M. McCroskey. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Friday at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road, with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Jack Scott officiating. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Internment in Riverview Cemetery, Allen County.
