Name, dates, places Source: From the Archives of Gerry Weath: ObItuary of Myrtle Weeth: Contributed by, Rene' DH Bartolome "Chronicle Citizen" Friday April 26, 1907 Myrtle Weeth Myrtle, the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Weeth of Cumro, passed into eternal rest, Monday at 9 o'clock p.m. after an illness of nearly two weeks. Deceased was a young woman, twenty two years of age, and was a school teacher, and had taught several terms. The funeral was held Thursday forenoon at 11 o'clock, the services being conducted by Father Wolf, of Grand Island, after which the body was laid to rest in the Cumro cemetery. The entire community sympathizes with the bereaved parents in their affliction."
