LOVELL, Carroll LCAP 8/1/2000
LAFAYETTE - Funeral services for Carroll Lovell, 75, will be
at 10 a.m. today, Aug. 1, in Delhomme Funeral Home.
Melvin Rogge will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeview
Cemetery in Lake Arthur.
Visitation is from 8 a.m.
Mr. Lovell died at 11:15 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 2000, in a
local hospital.
He was a native of Lake Arthur and had resided in Lafayette
for the past 15 years. He was employed by the Department of
Labor State Employment Security for 25 years. He was the
Crowley area office manager. He was a U.S. Army veteran,
having served during World War II in the South Pacific. He
was a member of Veterans of Foreign War, Lake Charles Post,
and the Jennings Elks Lodge.
