Letter from Alice Jo Curfman Pogue to Margaret Florence "Maggie" Curfman Pogue (1868-1930) was written shortly after the death of Howard Luthern Pogue (1869-1928). Mentioned in the letter are Brown "Brownie" Pogue who is Howard's brother, and Edna “LaRue” Pogue Hoover’s (b. 1894) little girl who is Margaret Doris "Aunt Peg" Hoover, Howard’s granddaughter.
