      MRS. H. E. FINK Passes Away

      MARBLE ROCK----Mrs. H. E. Fink, 68, passed away at Cedar Valley Hospital, Charles City, at 11:00 o'clock Saturday forenoon following a severe stroke, suffered during Thursday night at her home in Marble Rock. Mrs. Fink lived alone, and was found lying on the floor by her bed when her grandson's wife came to the home Friday forenoon. She was taken by ambulance to Cedar Valley Hospital, where her condition grew steadily worse.

      Mrs. Louise M. Fink was born December 15, 1888 at Liscomb, Iowa, passed away at Cedar Valley Hospital, Charles City, Iowa. Her parents were Daniel A. Rudy and Minnie Large Rudy. She grew to womanhood. at Liscomb, Iowa, in Marshall County. She was married to Harry E. Fink of Conrad, Iowa, on October 7, 1908. They moved to a home near Grundy Center, Iowa, where they lived for nine years, later moving to Marble Rock, Iowa, and living there for fifteen years. From there they moved to Liscomb, Iowa, where they resided until her husband's death three years ago, when she returned to her present home of Marble Rock, Iowa.

      Survivors are one daughter (Henrietta), Mrs. G. Clifford Smith of Marble Rock; one sister, Mrs. J. W. Hobbs of. Hampton, Iowa; and one brother, C. Rudy of Clear Lake. Seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survived.

      A prayer service was held. at 10:30 a.m., June. 18th at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Marble Rock, with funeral services at the Alice Church of God near Conrad, Iowa, at 2:30 p.m., with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

      Cause of death was stroke with contributing factor of sugar diabetes.
