Burial will follow in Florence Memorial Gardens Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Mr. Haynes was born in the Mars Bluff Community of Florence, SC, a son of the late Willie Clayton and Edith Hines Haynes. He as a member of Peace Free Will Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the Korean War having served in the U.S. Navy. He retired from Construction Industry, where he had been employed with Powers Contruction and FBI Construction.
