Kin was born on August 21, 1932, in Radford, VA to Kinzer and Susie Otterman. Kin was a proud veteran of The First Infantry Division (The Big Red One) of the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son John, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters. SURVIVORS OMITTED. The family will be receiving friends from 11 am to 12 pm Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel, 318 Church Avenue, followed by a graveside service led by Pastor Kevin Kinsey of Central Church of the Brethren and the Reverend Doug Akers, at Evergreen Burial Park in Roanoke. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Central Church of the Brethren in Roanoke, DAV, or the Angels of Assisi.
