      Obituary of Adam Frank which appeared in the Chambersburg Public Opinion newspaper on the 21st of July, 1924:
      "Adam Frank died Saturday evening at the home of his son Charles G. Frank of 225 Garfield St. aged 84 years, 3 months and 18 days. He was a member of the First Lutheran Church and Col. P. B. Housem Post G. A. R. He was a member of Company F, Third Pennsylvania Volunteers during the Civil War and participated in many of the principal battles including Gettysburg. He is survived by these sons and daughters: James K., Robert L., Charles G., Mrs. Mary Eberly all of Chambersburg, Mrs. Austin Hafer RR 6, William of Greencastle, Mrs. S. A. Miller of Pittsburg and Mrs. Earl Streeter of Council Bluffs, Iowa. One sister Katie Schmidt of Mount Pelier, Indiana also survives. The funeral service will be held at the home of his son 225 Garfield St. Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Interment at Cedar Grove cemetery. Friends and relatives invited without further notice."

      Obituary of Rachel V. Kell Frank (Located with the help of Larry Calimer at Kittochtinny Historical Society in Chambersburg, PA):
      Mrs. Adam Frank, Hamilton Twp., Wednesday 13, 1901, 57 years old, born in Orrstown [PA], member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are husband and these children: Mrs. Austin Hafer, Mrs. Simon Goodyear, Charles, William, Mrs. Ed Burkholder, Robert, Mary, Florence, and Grace at home. Two brothers and two sisters survive.
