Obituary of Rachel V. Kell Frank (Located with the help of Larry Calimer at Kittochtinny Historical Society in Chambersburg, PA):
Mrs. Adam Frank, Hamilton Twp., Wednesday 13, 1901, 57 years old, born in Orrstown [PA], member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are husband and these children: Mrs. Austin Hafer, Mrs. Simon Goodyear, Charles, William, Mrs. Ed Burkholder, Robert, Mary, Florence, and Grace at home. Two brothers and two sisters survive.

Marriage certificate of Sadie C. Frank to Edward Burkholder is dated Sept. 4, 1900. I am able to confirm that Sadie C. Frank also went by the name Sarah, which is on her 3 Mar. 1919 death certificate with a birth of 3 July 1883. Intially somewhat confusing is the fact that the 4th child of Adam Frank and Rachel V. Kell Frank was named Sarah J. Frank (b. 15 Nov. 1869 and d. 8 Oct. 1870).
