VA., son of Martin 5 King and Sydney Jane (Shivertaker) King. He met and married our grandmother Martha Alice (Miller) King on October 1, 1883 in Raymond City. His brothers and sisters were: Charles Robert; Martin6 Edward; James; Octavia J.; Frances A.; and Mandana M. After marriage they moved and lived in various coal mining towns: Mount. Carbon; Robson; Mulberry; and Page, WV. He died in Page, Fayette Co. WV. April 23, 1937, two months short of his 82nd birthday. He is buried in the Rose Cemetery at Mulberry, Fayette Co. WV.
