      Notes for JACOB IRVIN ROBERTSON:
      Jacob was a carpenter all his life. He was in the Army during World War II, serving in Rhineland, Central Europe, Naples-Foggia Rome- Arno, and Southern France. He received 5 Bronze service stars for the above campaigns, Good Conduct Medal, Purple Heart, Bronze Arrowhead, District Unit Badge, and No time lost under AW 107 Lapel Button. He was entitled to wear European-African-Middle Eastern Theatre Campaign Ribbon 4 overseas bars. He served a total of 2 years, 9 months, and 26 days, all but 8 months & 1 day overseas. He joined in Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas and was discharged from Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri.
      Military service: Bet. 04 Jan 1943. 25 Oct 1945, Wounded in action in France 11/20/44
