      Will of DAVID BARTON of Cass County, Georgia:
      Georgia, Cass County.
      In the name of God Amen I David Barton of said State and County being of advanced age but of sound and disposing mind and memory but weak in body and knowing that I must shortly depart from this world. . . and propose both as respects myself and family that I should make a disposition of the property with which. . . Providence has blessed me I therefore make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all others heretofore made by me. Item first: I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decently and christian like manner suitable to my circumstances and condition. Item second: I desire that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors hereinafter named. Item third: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth for and during her natural life all of my Estate Real as well as personal to her use and benefit and after her decease I give the same to be equally divided amongst my children (to wit) my son Joseph Barton, Jemimah Dunlop my daughter, Nancy Johnson my daughter, my son William T. Barton, my son Pendleton J. Barton, my daughter Al. . .Stalinger, my son Joshua F. Barton, my son Asbury Barton and Lewis B. Davis my grandson and Hudley J.
