I knew George, Orville, Ab, and their sister. They had some nickname for their sister which I cannot recall right now. George and Orville were bachelors and lived approximately into their 80s, 5-10 miles from where I grew up. My dad and I helped take care of them prior to their death. My grandparents Claude and Ruth Meador ran the general store in Gipsy, MO for 40+ years. My grandmother was the postmaster, and the post office was in the back of the store. The "Shiverdeck boys", as they were referred to, would be at the store essentially every Saturday. I loved to be there when they were because they told a lot of stories. They both rolled their own cigarettes using Prince Albert, and their house was full of Prince Albert cans.
