Tintype photo of (L-R) Unidentified Husband Fisher & Unidentified Wife Fisher was probably taken in Kansas in the early 1870’s and came from the Fisher Collection by Dreama Powell who believes this may be a picture of one of the sons of George Henry Fisher, excluding son Charles Lee Fisher (1853-1938). The other sons are Edwin Fisher (1844-1932) & Alpheus "Deck" Fisher (1845-1916) & Langburn "Lang" Fisher (1849-1926) & [these sons may be too young: John Franklin Fisher (1859-1948) & George Taylor Fisher (1862-1956)]. Dreama Powell notes that the bride’s dress is the Prairie, Indian influence 1870’s style. We would appreciate any help identifying this couple.

Julie Galloway notes that the individuals in this tintype photo bear similarities to the individuals in the photo below of Langburn “Lang” Fisher (1849-1926) & Julie Harvey Wilde Fisher (1857-1918), and that this is possibly a tintype of Langburn “Lang” Fisher and Julie Harvey Fisher.
