Leeper, Russell (1894-1961)

Thank you to Don Coatney for posting this photo at the P15-D24 Forum at http://www430.pair.com/p15d24/mopar_forum/showthread.php?p=221122 and thank you to bamsfordsgarage for identification of the car: “The car is a Model T "Speedster," probably based on a late 'teens to early '20s chassis. …it has an aftermarket body, fenders and wheel covers. The "tells" which identify this as a T are the transverse front suspension, shape of the radiator core (the rounded area at the top of the shell is empty), distinctive reversed dish steering wheel and general proportions of the wheels, wheelbase, height, etc.)."
