"Perry O. Shiverdecker married Malinda Thomas on 20 September 1874 Phelps county, MO. They had a daughter, Nettie Alberta Shiverdecker. Alberta Shiverdecker married a man named Joseph Marshall and then later married a man named Horine.
Perry Shiverdecker was also a private in the 19th Kansas Cavalry, Company L.
[TEXT OMITTED] he died around 1876 or so. His wife married Cornelius Wells in Phelps county, MO by 1878. And Perry can't be found in the 1880 census."
